Stage 2: Start Documenting Consistently (One Growth Lever)

We’re running experiments using my template, or one that works for you. Now it’s important not to spread yourself too thin and instead focus on documenting consistently on one area.  I call these growth levers, and I’ll explain more about them soon. For now, it isn’t about defining a perfect lever, but building up a habit of tracking. Imagine you want to experiment around paid ads. This is going to be your area of focus. So you’ll brainstorm things you want to test and get all of the ideas into the backlog. No scoring yet, just producing ideas. Then you can document experiments on these and analyse the results. This is much easier than trying to get every area to follow the process. Start with your biggest pain point area: where can you have the biggest impact?
